Abstract

此計畫的執行對於主觀呼吸不適者的大腦感覺處理歷程、自律神經及生物指標能有更進一步的了解,並證明正念訓練後這些指標也會改變,也與他們的主觀感覺改變有關聯,達到預防疾病及改善症狀的成效。此研究結果能讓個體增加動機發展可以針對主觀內在感覺採用由上而下取向的訓練策略,則此健康促進及預防疾病發生對於社會經濟層面在也在長遠的角度上有貢獻。在學術發展上,本計畫著墨於呼吸困難的中樞神經處理機制探討,預期可以為呼吸困難以及疾病相關領域提供可行的腦波量測、唾液血液標定、心肺耦合分析以及腦磁圖造影資料以供應用。對於印證正念訓練幫助個體增進其內感覺知表現的能力與大腦處理的關聯,希能有所貢獻。
