Abstract

計算流體力學CFD模擬技術已廣泛應用各工程領域,本案利用CFD模擬技術解析蝕刻機內的蝕刻液流態及滯留時間分布,可探討各種噴管、噴嘴排列以及操作條件對於蝕刻水池效應與蝕刻液滯留時間分布的影響,獲得實驗難以得知的資訊,有助於製程改善。本案以PCB蝕刻系統之CFD模擬技術為例,鏈結CFD模擬與工業製程改善,可提高PCB蝕刻製程的良率。以此為範例,將可說明台灣工業技術如何應用CFD相關軟體持續進行製程之優化改善。
