Abstract

基礎研究始終是臨床醫療診斷上不可或缺的基石。藉由深入了解病毒如何與宿主細胞進行交互作用以達到病毒複製的目的,可以從中找到抗病毒藥物可行的切入點。為了達成這個目的,我們將應用新穎的單分子偵測技術以及跨體學分析,進一步釐清病毒感染細胞後在隱伏期,如何達成有效感染的關鍵決定步驟,包含細胞因應方式以及病毒如何擷取宿主資源已進行複製。與以往使用已被成功感染的細胞實驗不同,我們希望可以找到決定感染是否進行的關鍵步驟,以期望在感染初期便可以有效的抑制病毒複製。
