Abstract

本研究透過生物資訊分析與臨床樣本驗證進一步了解MSI胃癌免疫微環境的分子特徵,我們初步結果顯示TIGIT-nectin family在MSI胃癌腫瘤高度表達,本研究將利用活體實驗去探索targeting TIGIT是否能提升MSI胃癌對於免疫治療的反應。另外,MSI胃癌腫瘤呈現較高的glycolysis,我們也將探索是否抑制glycolysis能改善MSI腫瘤對於免疫反應的抗性。
