Abstract

一般人對於CoQ10 在人類疾病治療或保健之幫助已略有所聞,但對於合成內生性CoQ10 所需之多個人類PDSS和COQ蛋白之暸解甚少。本研究之目的在於建立在我們之前對這這些蛋白的研究成果,進一步分析其是否有磷酸化形式、是否存在於一蛋白複合體或交互作用、是否影響PDSS或COQ基因表現,及如何受脂質過氧化或各種粒線體功能缺陷模式的影響。我們在這方面的研究為台灣所僅有,和文獻所知相比也都將是新穎發現。若我們獲得預期成果,可能會促使CoQ10 缺乏相關疾病更加重視,並可能在未來促成相關疾病治療之研究發展。
