Abstract

近年因醫療技術水平提升，人類平均壽命延長，進而導致神經退化性疾病對年長者退休生活影響日益嚴重。其中帕金森氏症為一造成病人運動能力產生障礙之疾病，目前病因不明，其中根據屍檢之結果發現沉積於死亡之多巴胺神經元內之a-synuclein及有可能為病因之一，本研究主要測試F-18-syn-3是否可做為早期沉積於病人腦部之a-synuclein蛋白之活體造影試劑。
