Abstract

瀰漫性膠質瘤的致癲癇是重要的臨床表現,甚至與患者預後相關,其中原因尚未被探討完全。本計劃結合臨床資訊,檢體,多體學生物資訊分析,大腦連結體功能網路分析,深入對瀰漫性膠質瘤的致癲癇做分子層次與腦網路層次的探討與整合,得到的結果將有助於解決部分關於腫瘤細胞與神經系統之相關性釐清,並期用能應用在未來輔助瀰漫性膠質瘤患者依其致癲癇與否的臨床表徵開始,做個人化的醫療策略與選擇,提升瀰漫性膠質瘤患者的治療、照護、甚而改善存活率。
