Abstract

非侵入性腦電刺激結合當代神經復健為當前學術與臨床領域都在積極發展之面向。本計畫將採用嶄新的腦神經科技:經顱隨機訊號電刺激,結合數位鏡像治療以開發臨床有效的腦神經科技輔助復健療法。研究成果預期可對中風復健的學術、臨床以及社會經濟面向產生重要影響。學術面向上,本計畫將探討此創新合併療法如何透過神經與運動塑性的功能重組以協助患者上肢功能恢復。臨床應用面向上,預期可提供中風患者最合適的綜合介入模式,以促進上肢動作功能、日常生活功能及生活品質恢復。從社會經濟面向來看,確立最佳的腦神經科技輔助與動作訓練的結合模式將有助於醫療機構採用最有效的介入治療以減少不必要的社會與醫療成本。
