Abstract

膝部退化性關節炎，常造成患者嚴重的疼痛與功能障礙，使得患者行動不便與影響工作，有可能對社會與經濟產生負面影響。但並不是每個病患都能夠與願意接受膝關節置換術。因此，發展出更有效且在門診就可以執行的治療方式，能提供患者不同的治療選擇，對於社會也有極大的貢獻。本研究提出創新的治療方式：膝關節內高黏稠度自體高濃度血小板血漿注射合併關節內低能量雷射照射。
