Abstract

目前探討早期帕金森氏症個案提供的介入成效研究中,不論是物理治療或職能治療皆較為缺乏提供個案所需的任務相關訓練,本研究將同時比較運用遠距自我管理方案及實體任務相關訓練的介入成效,結果除了有助於臨床發展適合本土早期帕金森氏症個案的介入方案之外,可更進一步的根據本研究的發現,發展出適合在不同場域(如:醫院、機構或社區)執行的介入方案,研究成果將對於社區長者的體感覺及手部功能退化具有重要的參考價值,以期提升社區長者的生活品質,達到延緩個案失能的目標。
