本研究希望瞭解醫學系與學士後醫學系兩種不同學制的學員組成、學習經驗、生涯規劃、與常見困難等的差異性,分析不同學制的優勢,產生本土關於兩種制度的第一手資訊,來補足醫學教育文獻上的不足、作為政策制定的參考依據,最終也回饋到教學端,讓不同學制的學員能得到最適合的教學模式與內容。
