Abstract
To execute experiments, we need good designs. From the practical view, we need to estimate main effects and interaction effects after the experiments. Based on this, first Resolution and then minimum aberration were proposed for determination of good designs. Recently Zhang, Li, Zhao and Ai (2008) proposed a general minimum lower-order confounding criterion for good designs in this perspective. Many researchers have devoted to this line of research. They use either the traditional design method or orthogonal array method to investigate their interests. In this project, we intend to find an easy method like Wang(2010) to design minimum aberration split-plot factorial experiments. If time is allowed, we put some time on the investigation of designing good experiments using the general minimum lower-order confounding criterion.
