Abstract

惡性膠質瘤的治療停滯不前,腫瘤復發病人存活率極低,不僅傷害病人,更造成其家庭與社會極大損失。雷射消融技術能提升腫瘤免疫反應,為復發膠質瘤治療帶來新希望。本計畫結合奈米微脂體技術、併增強對流傳輸、雷射間質性熱治療,建立腦瘤免疫疫苗治療方式。2014年癌症免疫療法市場為17億美元,2020年已達到308億美元,將會是癌症治療產品中的明日之星。本計畫利用創新醫材,輔以奈米顆粒,提升樹突細胞的抗原呈現,增加T細胞免疫治療力,逆轉腦癌的低免疫反應。此外,以奈米顆粒劑型取代溶瘤病毒式免疫疫苗,將成為癌症免疫疫苗技術的特色,研究成果將發表於高分學術期刊,並申請生醫新藥專利。
