Abstract

哺乳動物的認知和隨意運動之發生與控制過程,常仰賴腦皮質網路的節律性神經放電及運算,然而其中關鍵的分子或細胞機制仍然相當不清楚。我們將從兩種常見的神經疾病表現,即癲癇抽搐和振顫的深入研究中獲得創新見解。透過本計畫的執行,期望能夠解開運動皮質節律發生的前所未明的新機制。並了解在不同之生理或病態生理情況下,皮質之內建震盪機制,所可能受到的外部迴路的不同調控。也期待透過此一計畫之執行所增進之上述理解,能夠更進一步促成對於相關重大神經疾病之創新治療。
