Abstract
最近研究發現人類DDX3基因突變會影響腦部發育, 導致智力障礙、小頭畸形、癲癇、自閉症、肌張力差, 然而致病的分子機制並不清楚, 所以無法研製有效的治療方法及藥物。本計畫將探究DDX3在神經發育中所扮演的角色, 並且闡明其作用機制, 我們的研究成果將有助於未來發展新的治療策略, 解決部分人類神經疾病問題。
