Abstract

複雜決策過程中,決策者常受到諸多不確定因素,如客觀事物多變性、信息不對稱、認知不全面性、社會或經濟因素變化等影響,導致蘊含主觀判斷之決策資訊帶有含糊性與多重不確定性,為制訂完善決策帶來困難。T-球型模糊集合是基於高階模糊(如直覺模糊、畢氏模糊、圖像模糊)概念研究而建立的,表達模糊度更為細緻,處理複雜不確定資訊更為準確。T-球型模糊集合在計算智能、神經網絡、機器學習和人工智能中起著特別重要的作用。T-球型模糊集合可用更為廣闊彈性的表達域,細膩描繪主觀評估意見之有利、中立、不利、與棄權資訊。本計畫旨在在智能決策過程中,發展基於T-球型模糊資訊之多準則決策方法,有助於決策實際運作中建立問題解決體系。
