Abstract

本計畫旨在深入研究m6A RNA甲基化在口腔鱗狀細胞癌(OSCC)中的功能與分子機制,聚焦於METTL3作為核心調控因子所構建的表觀轉錄體調控網絡。透過高通量體學分析與實驗驗證,我們將揭示METTL3調控的RNA甲基化對腫瘤生長、代謝重編程、侵襲與轉移的影響,針對三個關鍵靶基因,探討其作為腫瘤進展調控因子的分子機制。本研究預期不僅於學術層面能加深對RNA甲基化在癌症生物學中角色的理解,為癌症表觀遺傳學領域提供重要發現,於轉譯醫學之貢獻為挖掘新的診斷標誌與治療靶點,用於癌症早期診斷與預後評估,促進藥物或治療策略的開發,提升癌症治療成功率。
