Project Details

Abstract

The design and implementation of a DSPTMS320LF2812-based 40 KW high efficiency bidirectional DC/DC converter will be explored in this project. With the control of DSP, the converter has operational reliability and flexibility. First in the project, the control structure of the converter will be established. Then, computer simulations will be made to evaluate the performance of the converter. A DSP TMS320LF2812-based controller will be used to implement the control system of the converter for bidirectional operation. The overall conversion efficacy of the converter is expected to be at less 95%. The project will be divided into two phases and executed in two years. In the first phase of the first year, a 20 KW bidirectional DC/DC converter with single-phase structure will be design and implemented. In the second phase of the second year, the structure of the converter will be extended to two-phase. The power rating will also be boosted to 40 KW. With the use of ZVS, it is hoped that the overall power conversion efficiency will reach 97%. The functions of the converter will be verified by experimental results. 表
