Abstract

本計畫主要欲發展一套應用於認知衰退高齡者之gamma聽覺刺激介入系統,並驗證其療效。透過隨機分組、雙盲、安慰劑控制之研究,我們將評估此介入系統對認知功能、腦神經活動、睡眠品質及整體生活品質之影響;此外,還將測量血漿中p-Tau217生物標記在介入前後的變化,以深入了解其生理效益。在學術方面,本研究將提供此介入方式之腦電生理及生物標記之實證基礎,為後續研究立下扎實根基;在社會方面,本介入系統將可透過提升患者認知功能及睡眠品質,減輕社會和家庭的照護負擔;在經濟方面,本介入系統將提供認知障礙患者一種有效的輔助治療方式,有機會降低失智症相關的醫療成本。
