Abstract
壞消息告知一直是臨床具挑戰性的溝通議題，本計劃從對臨床實務有重要意義的議題「癌症病情告知」著手，以癌症病情告知量表(Truth-Telling Questionnaire-43, TTQ-43)為基礎，發展出「病情告知單張(One-Page Truth-Telling Aid)」輔助臨床癌症病情告知的進行。本計劃以實務性臨床試驗測試「病情告知單張」對於提升醫師告知自信心及癌症病人對病情告知的滿意度，以及減輕病人心理困擾及決策後悔的效益；也透過電子醫療系統了解介入措施對於治療副作用及醫療花費的影響。實務性臨床試驗可最大程度的減少對臨床常規流程的干預，促進研究成果的轉化為實務，從而更有效地影響臨床實務。研究所得不僅有益於台灣癌症病情告知的進行，也能開創癌症病情告知的新模式。
