Abstract

神經系統疾病的病人其咳嗽功能與吞嚥困難有相關性,在發生誤吸時咳嗽是一種保護機制,可以降低肺炎的發生。目前台灣尚無咳嗽量測報告,本計畫目的為完成兩種量測系統之軟硬體設備,一為咳嗽量測分析系統,另一為包含聲音量測的可攜帶式的吞嚥呼吸量測系統,本研究可以提升台灣在咳嗽與吞嚥功能的檢測能力,建立台灣人自己的正常人咳嗽參數參考值,提供國人參考。另無儀器設備的居家吸氣堆積訓練對巴金森病病人咳嗽與吞嚥功能的治療成效,對台灣人口老化的社會可以提升臨床照護能力與品質,在經濟方面可以減少醫療費用與減少病患與家屬的負擔,研究設計的成品可送專利與提供臨床使用,研究成果可提升學術發展與發表SCI論文!
