Abstract

戰傷醫療的教育刻不容緩,台灣過去對於戰傷的醫學教育稀缺。我們的研究將為PGY醫師建立一個專屬的學習空間,增加PGY醫師因為輪訓造成的歸屬感及參與感不足。以戰傷醫療作為此平台的教學起點,分為翻轉教室線上課程(on line 12 course)及實體課程(5 extended reality scenarios)學員線上學習後,參與網路會議增加互動性,學習先備知識後進入模擬中心,利用虛擬場景將所學得的知識、推理、技能運用在模擬人並完成任務,在結束後將得到教師的回饋完成教學。此教學法抹去了過往需要大規模人力物力成本的戰傷醫療教學方式且推廣性極佳,只要帶著XR眼鏡,可立即體驗未來教室的數位化學習。
