Abstract

台灣面臨人口老化問題,老年人除功能退化,容易有共病的問題。老化、神經性疾病與自體免疫疾病容易出現咀嚼能力變差與吞嚥閾值改變,影響生活品質,甚至出現攝食量不足與安全問題!建立國內客觀之非侵入式量測平台,利用人工智慧學習發展自動化分析軟體,收集國內不同族群的咀嚼能力與吞嚥閾值,建立基礎參考資料及探討年齡分組與不同疾病之間的變化與差異,對咀嚼與吞嚥的生理與病理機轉將有更深入的了解,對國內咀嚼與吞嚥的學術發展可提升量能,也可發表國際期刊論文,自動化分析軟體可申請專利。對臨床與社會貢獻,可提升咀嚼困難與吞嚥困難照護的知識與能力,減輕家庭與社會經濟負擔。
