Abstract
本三年期計畫將開發「智慧樂齡食堂」創新科技賦能照護服務，將運用AIoT、大數據、微服務雲等智慧科技到實際長照場域，使用AI Chatbot及情緒感測科技提供合適高齡者的營養與飲食健康建議，導入社交科技以促進高齡族群飲食社交需求，並連結Online與Offiline餐飲服務，提供衰弱、亞健康、健康長者乃至一般民眾更完善的O2O創新智慧餐飲服務，以達到個人生活品質或產業發展之全面性提升。
