Abstract

周邊神經斷裂多因工傷，75%傷於上肢神經，好發青壯年。在歐美僅尺神經損傷，每位患者工損與醫療花費達42,000美金；若加入正中與橈神經損傷，美國一年損失一千萬日工時。合併上下肢神經損傷，美國2008保險支出1500億美元。如有產品能加速軸突再生並減少沾粘，除學術價值更減少工時損失與社會負擔。
