Abstract

周邊神經斷裂多因工傷,75%傷於上肢神經,好發青壯年。在歐美僅尺神經損傷,每位患者工損與醫療花費達42,000美金;若加入正中與橈神經損傷,美國一年損失一千萬日工時。合併上下肢神經損傷,美國2008保險支出1500億美元。如有產品能加速軸突再生並減少沾粘,除學術價值更減少工時損失與社會負擔。
