Abstract

新進年輕醫師是遊走於實境與網路的網路原住民。臨床教師須體認實體醫療工作場域以及社群媒體,皆可對住院醫師的專業認同形塑過程產生影響。要能識別這些隱藏課程所傳達的價值,了解住院醫師專業認同發展過程的挑戰,並規劃課程給予協助輔導。期望研究將有助於增進PGY醫師專業認同發展,並提升思辨能力與媒體素養之課程規劃參考。
