Abstract

According to a rough estimate, there are at least five hundred or more domestic professional historians who engage in research and teaching work in research institutions and universities in the domestic. Due to the differences in training, the nature of works and varied personal interests, what fellowships that domestic historical researchers demand are quite different. To continue to promote the development of history research and to meet the needs, the discipline coordinator of History has to lead the duty to assist the Humanity Division in the implementation of the application for review of research plans. The works includes: (1.) coordinating with scholars in history field to develop key directions of development of historiography. (2.) Assisting with the application for review in a fair and impartial position. (3.) Attending the meetings and other activities related History of Humanity Division. (4.) Providing a variety of consulting related to History disciplines to Ministry of Science and Technology.
