Abstract
癌症病情告知溝通技巧訓練(Communication skill training, CST)，雖然效益顯著，但費用昂貴。鑒於人工智慧(Artificial intelligence, AI)已成全球趨勢，但在醫療應用仍不足，尤其是醫學教育領域。部分專家擔心被AI取代，筆者認為善用AI可提升教育的效率及品質，例如：AI「人機合作」CST，不僅可節省CST費用，也讓更多醫護人員接受到高品質的溝通訓練，進而協助癌症病人選擇最適合的醫療照顧方式，達到節約醫療資源的效益。目前國際間沒有學者曾應用AI來輔助病情告知CST的進行，若能透過本研究證實其效益，相信可以奠定台灣在病情告知教育的國際地位。
