Abstract

人源腫瘤類器官的技術已經成為基礎研究和轉譯醫學最先進的工具，並在近幾年引起了科學及工程學界的注意。大規模的建置人源癌症類器官，有益於各領域，包括疾病模型、個人化藥物篩檢及癌症研究等。承我們先前的研究，本計畫旨在建立胃癌人源腫瘤類器官發展一全面性的藥物篩選平台。
