Abstract

本計畫藉由不同的酵素搭配不同的DNA放大方法,結合奈米材料做為平臺偵測之設計,希望能在偵測端發展出更直觀簡易的訊號偵測方法,達到「使用者友善」之目的。並希望可以得到快速、及時、準確的檢測結果,進而可以幫助結核菌感染的診斷。鑑於台灣許多地區,及有些開發中國家的醫院無法提供快速方便的檢體測試,因此需要將檢測儀器設計為可攜式及微小化的特性,以方便能在各項資源不足的條件下進行檢測,獲得低成本、快速檢測,也同時具有試劑與樣品消耗少之優點,以利於及時方便的檢測,提供病人即時性的診斷與治療。
