Abstract

本計畫針對普及肌少症居家運動訓練提出解決方案，預計產出具產業商品價值之科技輔助運動訓練系統，將針對產品衍生之專利與智財進行布局。並將推廣本計畫所建置之評估平台，發展為高階健康檢測平台，提供精準的肌肉品質與肌肉功能分析數據報告。臨床研究成果有助於探討影響肌肉健康狀態之因子與病理機制，並可設定居家運動訓練參數標準，有助於後續個人化訓練計畫的擬定。
