Abstract

本計畫研發質子治療室in-situ DH-qPET/CBCT雙模態影像系統,預期在質子治療期間在線監測提供腫瘤的生物反應及腫瘤解剖性變化等資訊。原位雙模態造影回饋融合影像的生物性及解剖性資訊,讓醫師可適時掌握治療狀態並據以調整治療計畫,以提高治療的精確性和有效性。本年度是全程計畫最後一年,預期完成開放型PET的新影像重建方法及動態功能影像定量新方法等創新技術,並整合於雙模態影像系統的實作與驗證。雙模態影像系統研發成功預期不僅可在新世代生物影像導引個人化質子治療上做出貢獻,在科研方面也有機會在腫瘤微環境改變及質子照射腫瘤之生物機制提供更全面的解析與參考資訊。計畫發展的可專利技術未來獲具體驗證後,
