Abstract

全球約有一千萬帕金森氏症患者。傳統上,藥物治療雖然能改善症狀,但長期使用易引發異動症或藥效波動等副作用。深腦電刺激手術則因成本高、感染風險和電極阻抗增加等因素而效果有限。過去研究指出,經顱光生物調控刺激具神經保護和抗發炎效果,或許對於可能對帕金森氏症具有治療潛力。本研究旨在驗證經顱光生物調控刺激對帕金森氏症的治療潛力及可行性。若確認其有效性和機制,未來有望進而轉譯為臨床應用,成為治療帕金森氏症及其他神經退化疾病之創新治療方法。
