Abstract

全球傳染病接續流行,加上多重抗藥性的超級細菌威脅,這無疑地對全球公衛及醫療體系帶來挑戰。為了快速檢測疾病並控制其蔓延,世界衛生組織認為在資源有限的環境,提供快速、易操作、準確與低成本的即時檢測是必要的。以核酸為基礎的病原檢測被認為適合傳染病的管控。然而,傳統的核酸檢測,並不適合實驗室以外的情境。為此,我們提出了一項紙式等溫核酸擴增即時檢測裝置,它將樣品前處理、核酸擴增與即時檢測等操作,整合於一項紙基式微流體裝置上,其目標係實現無設備需求、準確、快速、易操作、且"消費者可負擔"的等溫核酸擴增即時檢測平台。該裝置除了可應用於公衛或醫療領域外,它亦可應用於環保、國防、食安、或其它工業領域。
