Abstract

近年來,質子/重離子放射治療愈來愈受重視,迄至2019年12月,全世界運行中粒子治療設施已有104座,38座正在建設中(PTCOG, 2019)。我國除林口長庚醫院、高雄長庚醫院外也有台大永齡、台北榮總等醫院即將或規劃加入質子或重離子治療的行列。本計畫(包含108年度執行中計畫)預計研發實作一套可用於粒子治療在線正子成像監測儀概念機並於質子照射室以動態假體成像實測驗證。期望未來粒子治療透過此在線正子成像監測儀以非侵入性方式監視腫瘤對粒子治療的生物響應,並回饋訊息做為先進粒子治療的自適性粒子治療(adaptive particle therapy)決策參考,提升治療的精準度與腫瘤控制率。
