Abstract

成功開發以適體捕捉的胞外體純化法，可提供臨床端快速簡便地提取檢體之胞外體，加速癌症胞外體生物標記之臨床驗證，提高胞外體生物標記於臨床之應用，早期診斷與監測疾病之變化，進而降低龐大的社會與醫療成本。另外，核酸藥物為目前一大生技潛力市場，本計畫建立之適體篩選平台可針對膜蛋白質相關生物標記進行適體篩選，轉譯應用為新型藥物開發之篩選平台。
