Abstract

本研究預期對臨床醫療上能提供肋骨骨折病患有更好且更有效的治療方式,由傳統金屬固定裝置提升為生物可降解式藥物釋放支架。除深入探討生物可吸收式藥物釋放薄膜、3D列印支架之應用,並能培養高分子降解材料之加工應用能力,藉以創造和設計出更多不同種類之應用。發展新型藥物釋放薄膜/支架搭配生物可降解材料,將有助於國內生技產業升級,並成功進軍國際市場,提昇國家整體競爭力。
