本研究計劃使用微射出成型及同軸靜電紡絲,製作藥物釋放可自我降解之可撓性心血管支架,更針對產品所須特性做最佳化設計,包含加工參數分析、加工製程改良、微射出成型/靜電紡絲加工成型性分析等,提供業界與學術界在微射出成形/靜電紡絲加工製程方面之參考依據。發展生物可吸收可撓式心血管支架,將有助於國內生技產業升級,並成功進軍國際市場,提昇國家整體競爭力。
