Abstract

設計具雙硫鍵之共價有機框架聚合物,同時也會製備硫化銅奈米粒子於此共價有機框架之孔洞內,此硫化銅奈米粒子將具紅外光吸收能力,且有能力將吸收紅外光轉換成組織附近氧氣形成活性氧來達到光動力治療,另外由於其具有光熱轉換效率,可以讓局部所產生熱效應用於癌症光熱治療,所設計之高分子將藉雙硫基包覆住所製備之硫化銅奈米粒子,而此複合材料型微胞之外層是由親水性聚乙烯醇高分子所構成。在此高分子複合型奈米粒子中,光能誘導硫化銅產生活性氧,所產生活性氧可用來切斷雙硫鍵,也因此載體也同時具有氧化還原應答能力,此舉之可藉由光驅動來釋放藥物的能力故可以單純利用硫化銅奈米粒子以近紅外光對癌細胞進行光動力及光熱治療之應用。
