Abstract
本研究如能利用阻礙Cul4A-DDB1結合之特性成功開發抑制Cul4A之小分子化合物，後續將利用本研究建立之方法學持續在結構與效能上進行優化，最終希望開發出有效的肺癌藥物，提供肺癌症病患新的治療方式，改善肺癌病人存活以及增進癌症病患福祉。後續也希望本研究建立之平台能夠幫助國內藥物開設計相關教育及帶動生技產業發展。
