Abstract
在亞洲，口咽、食道及呼吸道等癌症的好發比率高，多數的病人需進行氣管摘除和重建。傳統氣管重建像是異體移植或人工支架，可能發生排斥或感染。我們建構的組織工程氣管外膜結合幹細胞軟骨細胞共同培養可用於組織工程氣管的開發，臨床上將可造福需要氣管重建的病人，也將可應用於其他器官的組織工程，預計在未來能開創出新的醫療產業，具有經濟效益
