Abstract

本研究結合實驗分析與理論計算,以傾斜式之磁控濺鍍法,選擇避開鈷的非貴金屬材料,製備HEACs與其氮化物和碳/氮化物達成耐腐蝕高產氫效益的催化劑材料研究,發展可快速製造廉價且穩定的HEAC成為新型催化劑材料,改進水的電催化關鍵技術以促進綠色能源永續發展,達到淨零碳排環境友善符合聯合國永續發展的「SDG7-可負擔的潔淨能源」與「SDG13-氣候行動」目標同時期望能拓廣台灣之光-「高熵合金」薄膜材料的資料庫數據與應用領域,並增強我國HEACs科技研究與產業應用的技術水。
