Abstract

本計劃將提供一個創新而完整的技術平台,並將其應用於神經細胞體外研究,結合光定址電位感測器、反射式數位顯微鏡並搭載多波段雷射光源,達到可以同時觀測細胞、電性量測之生醫影像平台,並利用不同波段雷射光源刺激細胞產生電生理反應。未來可以用於帕金森氏症(Parkinson's disease,PD)、阿茲海默症(Alzheimer's disease AD)為現代棘手的神經退化性疾病,此種神經退化性疾病,在機轉分析的基礎研究上,例如:光敏感離子通道基因轉殖,預期本系統將會大幅度彌補微電極陣列的缺失,並提供一個創新而有效率的數位化平台,以供神經退化相關研究。預計可產出一項新產品:新型高解析快速定向性神經細
