Abstract

本計畫結合微透鏡陣列組、金屬奈米訊號放大粒子與表面奈米結構,開發高靈敏度的可攜式表面電漿共振生物分子檢測平台。若能達成本計畫預期的目標,提供一個可靠、靈敏的生物分子檢測平台,將可應用於生物醫學檢測研究和臨床醫學上(如針對血液中帕金森氏症生物標記α-突觸核蛋白進行量測)。由於本系統預期將可大幅降低目前可攜式表面電漿共振生物分子檢測平台的偵測極限,因此也可成為臨床上癌症診斷、分類及手術後監控…等常規的檢測儀器選項。
