Abstract

本計畫目標開發可大面積生產的噴塗緻密TiO2層、網印介孔TiO2層、控溫刮刀塗佈鈣鈦礦層及電洞傳導層並再結合濺鍍透明電極程序技術,從元件各層材料研究到鈣鈦礦的結晶與優選方向控制、層間介面分析及製程方法與大面積模組設計搭配等,以開發可量產高效率且穩定的鈣鈦礦光伏模組技術為目標。計畫著眼於用新穎方法與材料搭配,研究最佳的鍍膜規格與方法,釐清機制,開發高效率又穩定的實用鈣鈦礦模組。開發成果可作為國內太陽能產業的新一代技術,也可與物聯網應用結合,作為各種應用情境的補充電源搭配利用。
