Abstract

在此三年期研究計畫中,我們提出將開發多對比高解析光學同調成像系統並應用於疤痕/色素疾病研究與治療評估。現有技術受限於系統體積、相位穩定度及現有之光學同調斷層掃描解析度不足等問題難以精確應用於皮膚醫學診斷,為解決現有技術瓶頸,我們提出新的系統軟硬體架構設計及多項皮膚量化參數,相較於現有技術,未來此計畫目標將提供高光學解析、低影像雜訊、多對比功能性影像以及微型化設計。未來此套系統將可提供高縱向/橫向解析度、小體積,同時將具備血管成像及多項皮膚量化參數包含角質/表皮厚度、毛孔大小、膠原蛋白含量、黑色素細胞量化、纖維化等,並應用於痘疤與色素疾病研究。
