Abstract
一、社會面向：讓病患輕鬆地穿戴矯正輔具，馬蹄足的矯正會更完全，病患預後比較好，醫病關係也會比較和諧，得以建構幸福的社會。二、經濟面向：防止傳統石膏的併發症，減少醫療費用的支出。三、學術發展面向：這是一個創新的研究，可發展出治療此族群患者的嶄新方式。此研究結果亦可以應用到其他需使用傳統石膏固定的疾病。
