Abstract
本計畫目的為申請IND進行ACC-Herceptin apexNK細胞治療的第一期臨床測試。
本計畫所獲得的成果將可得知ACC-Herceptin apexNK細胞治療的安全性與最大劑量。此新型的細胞製劑具有強化的腫瘤特異性，可治療表現Her2的癌症。隨著全球異體細胞療法的發展，我們的研究所產生的技術和細胞產品將具有國際競爭力。整體而言，本計畫所開發的產品不僅可以促進科學進展，還可以針對臨床上未滿足的需求提供解決之道。
