Abstract

本計畫研發使用可適用於多種癌症的標靶胜肽作為“導彈”，與38kDa綠膿桿菌外毒素（稱為PE38）融合，成為創新的標靶抗癌胜肽藥物(CTP-PE38)，此藥物將可“以一概全”適用於多種癌症，亦可殲滅癌症幹細胞 (CSC)，對於癌症治療上將具有重要的意義。對人文、社會、經濟、學術發展也都具有影響性。
